HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to look for a futon at their Lankershim store and asked for some choices. They have a big sign saying that there is a sale going on with no sales tax. I tried to negotiate the price and In return, I got a response from a salesperson that I am not ready to buy and I should get out of the store. When I said that I'd buy and pay no sales tax. He laughed and told me to leave. VERY HORRIBLE STORE. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They have tons of crap furniture and things that are decent they want to rip you off on.
