My Mother and I purchased a wreath for my Fathers funeral. The visitation was on a Sunday afternoon with the mass and burial on Monday morning. Flower arrangement was delivered and in place for the Sunday visitation. Monday morning at the casket closing before the trip to the church, many of the flowers in the arrangement were drooping and had lost their color--they were turning to gray/brown. I noticed this before most of the family arrived and snapped a few quick photos with the cell phone.\r

Three days after the services I returned to Green Thumbers to show them the pictures. We did not want a refund - I was simply wanting them to know of the results of their work ( i do believe cut flowers should last more than 24 hours). With the amount of money spent, I was hoping they would send a small floral arrangement to the church at no cost. I was told that they "could not tell anything with the small pictures taken by a cell phone". What an insensitive bunch of folks!!!! Do they think I
