Jamie, the front-end manager at the store located at 7900 N FM 620, was absolutely awful!!! She was rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the general manager, she said ""I only see him once per month."" When I asked for the regional manager, she said that they ""didn't have one."" Clearly she was afraid that he would find out just how bad she had treated a customer. She really shouldn't be working in retail.
