They fell behind on their delivery schedule due to bad weather and didn't bother to notify us. Eventually, we ran out of gas in the middle of an ice storm, at night. If we hadn't been home, our pipes would've frozen and we would have extensive damage. Their excuse: "our deliverymen are busting our humps - we're just weeks behind."
