Ellsworth installed the A/C in our new home. When we called them to complain that the master suite did not cool as well as the rest of the house they immediately came out, diagnosed the problem as insufficient return air ducts, installed new ducts (which solved the problem) all at no cost! They are very professional, timely and effective.
