I have lived in Lutz for 25+ years and always try to patronize our local businesses.....having had a death in the family this past week I called A Bow K to order a spray for the funeral. I spent a good 20 minutes on the phone while viewing options on line to select the "perfect" arrangement for our loved one. Not only was the $173 spray sadly disappointing (it was relegated to the back of the memorial service area) when I contacted the owner "Charlie" to express our disappointment, he was rude, unsympathetic, and uncompromising about the quality of the arrangement.
