The man I talked to on the phone just hung up on me. Not that he would have helped since when I asked him how long the truck would take to get there he replied: Its dangerous to pull it out in the dark, it will have to wait until tomorrow. The forecast for tomorrow is 8"-12" of snow with ice accumulation starting tonight. Seems odd they would wait until that happened. Use a different towing service, these people are rude and lazy.
