I used this firm's services on a couple of occasions and never had any problems with the attorneys or the staff. I was always treated courteously on the phone and my calls were returned within 24 hours of leaving a message if I was not able to get directly through to someone. I like this firm because they are straight forward and don't bs you like a lot of other firms might. I always received honest and straight forward answers and responses to my questions and concerns, which I really appreciated! When I read this ridiculous review below, I knew it had to be known that this firm is really not as bad as they are portrayed. Seems to me that maybe someone didn't like the outcome of their case or lack there of. I know that I will use them again for any future issues I may have and I have already strongly recommended them to friends and family!!!\r
