I had the worst dining experience EVER at this establishment. I dined there on Valentines Day and was seated around 8:45PM. I first noticed dirty linen on the table. My waiter was slow and inexperienced, although he tried. I was handed a sheet of paper for the menu which only had about 13 entrees listed on it. No appetizers,beverages or sides were listed on this printer paper. They were very limited on beverages to choose from. My wife and I received dinner rolls about 20 minutes after being seated without any saucers or plates. It took another 20 minutes to receive our soup and that came with filthy spoons. After about another 10-15 minutes of waiting we finally received clean spoons, by then our soups were cold. Our entrees wasn't served for another 40-45 minutes. Which looked as if it was just thrown together on the plate. Also my wife was missing part of her entree. Not to mention that only took an additional 10 minutes for her to receive that. It was very unorganized from the front to the back of the house and they didn't have a lot of patrons. The manager was very unprofessional and crude. We had to suffer through this evening listening to a scratched CD of a 8 song playlist and guest cheering when they finally received their food. I Do Not understand how they are still in business with service this poor. I can't even recommend to go there for take out because some of those people were waiting for their food for an hour +. I hate to sound harsh about this restaurant but I had better service at a fast food restaurant.
