For Valentine's Day 2011, I received a dozen yellow roses from my husband. They were the ugliest, and worst smelling flowers I have ever received. I had two co-workers, at separate times, come smell the flowers and both wrinkled their noses and said yuck. They smelled like cigarettle smoke! I called and told my husband, he proceeded to call Mulhearn Flowers and tell them about the problem. They said, ""well none of our delivery drivers smoke so oh well"" They wouldn't accept responsibility nor make amends. So not only is their product lacking, so is their customer service. Don't waste your money!
