I was involved in a 4 car accident and was very upset over the whole experience. My Prius was towed over to DaLes Body Shop. This is the body shop for my dealership Sunnyvale Toyota. \r
Lisa and Daniel really took care of my once I arrived. They where very caring of all my needs. Daniel went over all the damage done to my car with me. \r

I didn't have rental car coverage and they help me get into a rental car. Even through I was upset they made a experience a tolerable one. They have very good customer serivce and they are knowledable of my vehicle. I appreciate all !! Thank again Chi
