I was told by a friend that this is the place to go. I went. The first class was okay. The instructor spent more time looking at other things than techniques. The mats were dirty. There was ""something"" in the bathroom toilet that made me sick. And I am a guy. I had hoped for a more civil environment but everyone acted like they did not want to be there. I have never seen a more ridiculous workout area and more people all sitting around talking or on their computer in my life. I would not recommend this place unless you are a Lidell leftover.
