Well to start, I live in Chicago Park. I have a direct LOS (line of sight) to the tower in Colfax. I was told Id be averaging 8 megs per sec. Well that lasted about 2 days. Now my internet more often than not craps out at the slightest bad weather, or just randomly even on nice days. I average 1 or less meg per sec. I have repeatedly called and called and called about fixing my internet when It goes down but never get a call back. As I write this my internet currently peaks out every 5 seconds. Makes watching movies or online streams impossible. Overall I have yet to be impressed by this internet service.
