One step above a Slum Lord! Do not rent from this property manager. We moved into a house on 32nd St, Mercer Island. The house was dirty, had electrical issues, mold, cat urine, etc. We had to leave the state for a job. We found new approved renters. They kept our $1900 deposit (I could accept), but then held us to a different move out standard. We left the place cleaner then when we moved in. And they are still charging us for cleaning and light bulbs that did were not work when we moved in. The 5 page exit document was never shown to us when moving in.
