I created a Citysearch account just so I could write this review. A spring on my garage door broke on Sunday morning, one of the cables came off the spool and the arm connecting the chain to the door snapped off--all kinds of problems.
I left Mark a message on Sunday evening, he called on Monday to schedule the repair, and he had everything done by late Tuesday morning. He came when we were at work, and left an invoice in the garage. He just told me to mail him a check--very honest & trusting!
The final price was the same as what was quoted over the phone, and it seems like everything's working even better than it was before.
