We've been providing local and national service and products since 2007. Please don't base your decision on the opinion of one angry client after 1000's of satisfied clients. He ordered a battery for his electric bike from a company called Accent Alarms, everything on our website is geared towards security, he wanted a 1.2 (one and 2/10's) a/h battery; our product was an 12 (twelve) a/h battery, which was shown in the picture and described in the text. Most places wouldn't accept a battery to be returned at all.
