The owner, Cindy, was rude and downright ugly to my fiance. We were ready to pay for their flowers, already paid the deposit, and were there with another check. Asked to change one of the arrangements slightly but found the cost of the change to be outrageous so we wanted something cheaper. Cindy got upset and rudely toward her that she didn't have time for her and there are a lot of other flower stores nearby and that she should go there. When my fiance said okay, if you don't want my business, give me the deposit back, Cindy refused.
That's no way to treat customers and no way to run a business. They will never have our business again.
