My experience over the past year at Center Flow Pilates has been wonderful. Alithia has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and movement. She has helped me start connecting to my core post c-section. I’m engaging muscles and strengthening them on a weekly basis during our sessions. Alithia is able to tailor a workout based on your goals, what your body needs and is able to communicate to your muscles so they respond during the workouts. She is so adorable and her studio is very charming. These workouts are something I look forward to b/c they are rewarding, challenging and fun.
