The Lake Mary Dental office lives up to their website's Mission Statement. My experience was that they truly were ""ready to listen"" to those they serve - - and I had a lot of questions! They also earned my ""trust and respect"". And, yes, they even were even able to ""exceed my expectations"". They do ""ensure a . . . professional environment.""
My family has had very good experiences with both Dr. Lall and Dr. Fuller. I believe that what they tell you is probably the very best that you need. In reference to the one negative review, I found that I WAS able to voice my opinion concerning my particular desires and financial needs and was listened to; and they do offer financing/payment options.
Those at the reception desk are very cordial and professional. I had many billing questions because of my ignorance in the field of dentistry. My questions were always answered kindly and without making me feel as though I was a bother.
To be honest, we have considered finding a dentist closer to our home in Deland; the drive is about 35 minutes for us. We have decided, however, to just stick with a good thing!
