I had the same pink and white service as the other poster mentioned, but a totally different experience. All of the employees were very nice. I had minimal difficulty understanding/hearing the woman who was doing my nails, but I think that was mainly because she was wearing a face mask and looking down while speaking (it would probably be tough to understand anyone given those circumstances).
Overall the salon was very clean and professional. My only complaint is the white tip on my nails is just the slightest bit crooked, but hey, she did it completely freehand (no airbrush with a pattern kit here!), and overall they look great! I really like how they polish the nails with a wax and buffer instead of just laying on the clear coat so no down time while you wait for polish to dry (or risk of denting it while it's still wet).
The price wasn't bad at all. I paid $50 for the removal of my old set and a new set (pink and white was $5 extra...not bad at all).
I really like them and will be going back again and again! :)
