I have been to Green Lotus a number of times and I order out all the time. The food is delicious and always more than I can eat at one sitting. The brazed chicken is delicious but I've tried almost everything on the menu and I have never had a bad experience. The delivery guy is great and is always on time or early. The service staff in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I noticed several people who came to eat in or carry out had to wait upward of 5 minutes while the counter person was in the kitchen talking or texting on her phone. I had to ask several times for different things and she wasn't a bit attentive to my or my friends' needs. I have gone back since and other people are really great. If the food wasn't delicious I don't know if I would have given them a second thought because I don't tolerate bad service. I rated this place a 5 out of 5 stars for the food only and not based on service.
