The internet sales department and email communication from salesmen leaves a lot to be desired. I emailed on a Saturday intending to purchase if the price was right. Did not receive a reply until closing time. Same thing the following weekend. I decided to drive to the lot and received good service. Went home and made my decision. Texted and emailed my sales rep at 11:30 am. At 7pm that evening, I was told they were limited on staff and I would have an answer by noon the following day. At 11 am the following day, I was told the car sold after my salesman went home for the evening. I understand that mis communications can happen, but my last contact with him was at 7pm, and they closed at 8pm. I have a hard time believing that the car was sold in that hour. I have dealt with other dealerships via internet and had great results. Beaverton Kia needs help in that department for sure. I must add that they are friendly and I experienced no pressure, which was wonderful.
