doing this program was the best decision i made in a while! of course i have tried everything to loose weight, and while some of the weight did come off i never could really keep it off or stick to anything. so going into this program i was questioning myself if i could stick to this and if it would really work for me. the first week i lost 6lbs!! wow i have never lost that much in one week before so i was hooked. I really had to work at the diet at first then it became very easy for me. now three months later im down 35lbs and loving life. thanks FIT for everything you have done for me!!
