We bought our water softener in June 2008 and it was suppose to be maintained free for the purchase of the salt. The salesman/owner John DiSilvio came 3 times and we have not been able to contact him or anyone else since August of 2008. The softener is not working and it is suppose to have a 10 year warranty. I would not recommend company this to anyone not even an enemy. I can only assume they are not in business even though they have kept the different web sites.
