Every time I've brought my car in to get serviced, it's been such an easy process. And they always take really great care of my car. In fact, when my car had a recall and I had to take it to the dealer to get it fixed, they had the nerve to remark that he was amazed by the condition of my car it looked so good and I must have been taking it to the dealer the entire time!
