I brought them a wheel and they offered me a tire at a good price, so I said 'yes.' When I came back to pick it up they had installed a really bad used tire, all cracked along both sidewalls. They didn't say it would be used when I dropped the rim off.
I asked them to take it off and give my rim back, and they wouldn't do it unless they charged me for the privilege. Never going back there again!
