This place sucks! Over priced and nothing to show for it! I have only lived here for a few months and had problems from the start. Maintenance is a joke and don't expect to get any service you rent ""as is"". The owner and staff have a take it or leave it attitude and if try to get anything fixed, expect to go months without having any issues resolved. Also, forget about getting the sidewalks shoveled when it snows, they wait days after a snow fall with no concern for the tenants. Im surprised no one has beat the crap out of the owner & staff! I hate it here soooo much, I will try to get out of my lease as soon as possible and tell everyone how bad this place is. Poor construction, horrible maintenance, and terrible service. God help anyone that's fooled into moving here, you will regret it immediately!
