This was my first time to Santa Monica BMW. I have been using Beverly Hills BMW in the past. I have been using Beverly Hills BMW in the past. I was really happy with my experience. Charles, my service rep, was quick and to the point. Called me to let me know the status of my car and gave me a realistic estimate on when it would be finished. I have already told a couple of my friends who also own a bMW to go there. I have always heard that the sales staff at this dealership was not the greatest. A friend of mine in particular had a real bad experience. As a result, I have always hesitated in going there. I can say that after this, I will definitely use the service department again. They were just stellar.
