when a family member is in need of help you try to locate the best doctor you can find. After doing research I was impressed by Dr. vivas reputation . Had someone told me I would have to deal with the most ill mannered facetious and condescending witch to get the help I would have run.
How a doctor with such a glowing reputation would allow a classless, brash and quite frankly trailer trash caliber represent him is a mystery to me.
After my run in with her, I took my fathers hand and never looked back.
I would suggest any decent caring person to look for a physician who's office is pleasant and professional not run by white trash in a lab coat.
