I purchased a cabinet from Civilizzation over a year ago, and it had an imperfection on the surface top. I didn't say anything at the time but over the past months it bothered me more and more. I called Civilizzation just hoping that they might be able fix it. I just got a call from customer service today, and they are going to repair it ""as a courtesy"". That's what I call customer service!
