We found Chef Nick Mueller to be very friendly and a nice person in general; however, when it comes to business, he didn't seem to have what it takes. We received more apology emails than business emails, and after 6 months of trying to pin him down for a menu for our wedding reception, we ended up having to switch caterers last minute. We were unfortunately very disappointed because we were looking forward to working with him and he came recommended. We seemed very low priority, and most everything that we discussed during our meeting seemed to be forgotten as the days (actually, months!) passed. We would not recommend choosing Chef Nick Mueller for your catered event.
