All the hype on the new salon. I thought I would try it. ""I need a sylist who can talk to me about my hair, age and an appropriate style"", I said. ""Oh all of our hair stylists are great at that we will give you X"" they said. When I asked my stylist what she thought, she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. She ended up giving me a trim of what I already had, was difficult to talk to and generally just inexperienced with the job and people. Very disappointing. I left there, having paid top dollar for top advice that I did not even come close to.
