We just got a new puppy and are in the process of house training her. She had a few accidents and we couldn't get the smells out of the carpet. We called Stanley Steemer and they use a protectant and deoderizer. We also bought a bottle of spotter from them. The smells and stains came out and the carpet is now protected from future stains setting in. Very pleased.
