We have a 30-year relationship and counting. It started when they came in to correct some plumbing work by another company. We later moved to a location outside their service area but, because of our long relationship, they continue to service us. And apparently this extends to the next generation. They also service our son's home even though he is also outside their service area.
Loyalty pays, and in this instance it runs both ways.
