Short story: I'd been by a few times, but it there were always people waiting so I didn't stay. Today it was almost empty, and there was one guy on the phone. After a 30 minute wait, I'm asked to come back later.
Longer story: There's one guy in this store... A nice calm guy who can deal with exactly one thing at a time. Period. I come in, he's on the phone and asks me to take a seat and wait. I wait about fifteen minutes and ask him how much longer he think it will take? Ten or fifteen minutes, he says. Okay. I take a seat. Another fifteen minutes go by... but I've invested too much time now to leave. So I start to pull out my Kindle and he looks up from his phone and says, it's going to be awhile. You'd better come back. Uh, NEVER! Hello Verizon!
