Parker Real Estate Management is hands down the worst real estate company in Bloomington, maybe even Indiana for that sake. They are only there to collect their checks; they never help solve anyone?s problems but instead prolong every problem until they add up to a significant amount. They are not willing to work with tenant's situations if they are in a hard spot. They treat their tenants like criminals and blame them for every problem. They take no responsibility and will do whatever it takes to screw you over. They don?t listen to people's problems or come up with a diplomatic solution but instead just write it down and pass it along to the next person. Brayton, i believe is name was, is the least professional person I have ever came across in the business world and his immaturity and lack of confidence shows. Seems too afraid to handle any problem or make a decision for himself. Seems scared of not only his bosses but also tenants, many would classify him as a stage 5 Weasel. But he could be gone since the last time I rented from them.
