It's hard to come by Taiwanese food worth paying for at a restaurant. It's just one of those obscure types of food that you strictly eat home-cooked.
Mee Sum does it proper and it's pretty unexpected for what used to be a small bubble tea shop. Better yet, the amount you get for what you pay...you just can't complain (the usual case for most AUTHENTIC Asian restaurants).
Don't sleep on this one. Popcorn Chicken Meal, Congee, you'll be good to go!
