We have been utilizing Beaverton Honda since we purchased our Honda Pilot in 2009. They have been wonderful in all aspects of service, quality and timeliness of repairs. I have never felt pressured into any service request and was always treated like an ""Honda Owner"" not just someone coming in for a vehicle service.
Most recently, I was informed that I needed to replace my rear shocks within 20,000 miles of last replacement. As you can imagine, I was surprised, but my service rep explained why and offered to take money off the amount for total install price due to my service history at Honda. They even quoted me a price for 4 new tires (beat Costco's price even with a NAMEBRAND tires) and told me I could probably wait a few months to do this - not pushy, but honest.
We love Beaverton Honda! Thank you for being trustworthy and offering a fair price even during these tough times. You have a customer for life!!
