Roderick Renn was recommended to us by our realtor. He missed multiple problems which other home inspectors would never have overlooked. He was not forthcoming with his court record either. Roderick Renn has been taken to court before for according to several other local inspectors. This company and this person are not good at what they do, for your own good, stay away.
