Sorry for screaming, BUT WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Bought a Kindle two weeks ago, and had screen problems within a week. They claim the device was damaged- NO KIDDING; that's why I brought it back. There was NO damage to the screen-they kept claiming it was the screen. The screen is intact. The damage is below the screen, the fonts or the ink are all white or cracked and illegible. I'm in market for a wireless printer and a new laptop; no way will I buy it at JR even though I work one block away. My main reason for not going back is no one in store even cared that I had a defective device-they all seemed programmed with same, standard answer-"" it's damaged, we can't send it back like that""... 3-4 different people said same thing. Sorry for rant, but I'm so angry over a lousy purchase/lousy customer service....
