Had an appointment on Feb. 3,2011, my husband ended up going to the emergency room, called the evening prior and cancelled, re-scheduled for Feb 4, 2011. Was told they would be here between 8:00am and 9:00am.....no-one showed, or called. They are aware of my specific problem, sick husband, limited time for appointment. Thought they were understanding, ends up just another rude contractor.
