I took my Sheltie for grooming, she was playful and in great health. When I picked her up she was almost dead. Nate told me she had a hard day. Give her asprin and water she'll be fine in 3 days. Well the vet said she had heat stroke and she had to be put down 30 hours later. Organs started to fail. Nate said he had a muzzle on her for 1 1/2 hours while he groomed her.(vet thinks longer) She couldnt pant then being put under the dryers. He said she crapped 3 times, washed 4 times dried 4 times..Call to me zero.All the time in the muzzle. My Hailey was a gental kind girl loved everyone. Nate had to hurt her for her to snap at him.Vet also found 2 bruise marks on her neck. Like she was grabbed /choked, Nate said it was from matting. Not according to the vet. There liars. RUN from here.there changing the name of the place to Pet Palace...people are the same .If you Love your pet heed this warning STAY AWAY PLEASE. The web site make u rate them 1 star is to much.
