Aerotek is Very Unhelpful. I only worked one week and they never called me back. They expect you to work more then 12 hours a day with no days off for possibly a whole month. I worked at a factory known as door components and im not use to work more then twelve hours a day. They had me loading their product, which can easily weigh more then 100 lbs. I was also doing this alone and also had to cover for another employee since he couldn't work more then 10 hours because of his eye contacts. so I had to work two postions. In my defense i'd like to say, overtime should be a privledge not something manditory.
