I have been going to them since we arrived on island in 2008. They have always been super nice to me and have always got me in within a day or two of calling. I called today because of a toothache and got an appt at 9 for tomorrow morning! The ladies at the front desk are always nice and will work with you if you have to reschedule. I had to reschedule my sons dental appt 3 times due to a death in the family and they didn't give me any grief. However you do have to give them 2 business days or they will charge you. I see Marilyn Chun and she has always been nice and I have never felt like she was being rude to me. Some of the hygienists are awesome. There is one guy who was so good with my son my son did exactly what they wanted him to do. I have had good experiences with them.
