When my basement sewage pump failed, I knew it would be a horrible job to replace it. Roto-Rooter had a technician out within hours. He replaced my pump with no complaints (I seriously would volunteer for abdominal surgery before doing this job) and kept my finished basement clean. Oh, and he came in WAY under budget. AWESOME!
