My wife and I have been patrons of the Laundry Lounge (which is poorly managed by a disrespectful, lazy, and belligerent man with redish blond hair, a mustache and glasses) about 3 times a month for over a year, always spending $30 or more a trip and because of that we recently found ourselves in one of the most ridiculous situations that we've ever had the misfortune to be involved in. If you have to spend that much the Laundry Lounge it is unavoidable that you will be engaged by this man. He tries to be friendly and start a conversation about what good customers you are, and how efficiently you work, and it will undoubtedly end in him making some type of blatant, uneducated statement about any number of inappropriate topics. As this didn't sit well with my wife and I we still continued to frequent and politely manage our way though the encounters as best as possible. We would even leave as soon as we put our clothes in the washer or dryer, only staying to fold, in efforts of avoiding his rants. We always read the posted last wash sign and made sure to respect the hours. Then one night came the most uncalled for behavior I've been unfortunate enough to witness in my adult life.
