I was interested in a certain brand of bag and camera strap and didn't think that a local store would have them in stock. I was pretty much resigned to having to order them off the internet and pay shipping for them, when a friend told me to go to Precision and buy them there. The prices online and the prices in the store was the same -- but, score!, no need to pay for shipping charges. So I went and I got to look at bags in person and choose what I thought was the one I wanted. When I couldn't find the BR strap I asked one of the guys working there and he found one in the back room for me. I liked that the folks here let me walk around and look at things (something I enjoy doing!) and only when I looked truly lost and made eye contact with a customer service person did someone come over to me. I hate being pestered when I first walk in the door.
