I have been very happy with Hi Tech Car Care ever since we started going there 3 years ago. When I'm at that shop and I need to have work done, they do their best to get it done in a timely manner. I'm an on-call tech and I need to have my car ready, and Hi Tech Car Care always gets it done quickly. They always explain everything to me, and are always very friendly and helpful. They tell me what's going on with my vehicle and why it needs attendance.
My husband and I don't make a lot of money. Hi Tech Car Care is good at helping me prioritize what the most important things are we need taken care of for both our vehicles. They are very professional, friendly, courteous... everything! They provide a ride to work if I need it, and will drop me off at my home as well.
I can't say enough about Hi Tech Car Care. All the gentlemen that work for them go under really good training for vehicles. Jim researches everything, from the prices of his competitors in the valley, to finding ways to make his place the place to go. He makes sure his customer are treated well, and well informed.
