Color is always excellent. I get a trim only....it comes out fine, but I think $30 is quite high for a slight trim. I have been coming for over 4 years. Overall I am very satisfied with the people who color and cut my hair, but I do not think the salon does much in the way of showing appreciation for customer loyalty. For instance, I have gone in between cuts to get a bang trim and I am charged $5 for that trim...other paris parker salons that I have been to have offered bang trims for free between cuts. Also, a trip to the salon should be enjoyable and relaxing in my opinion and many other salons make sure to give some sort of scalp massage or head massage during the rinse and that would be nice....just a few suggestions to make customers feel appreciated
