My husband, mother and I adore Jen Smith. She just gives the absolute best massage experience. Her personality is top notch and you can tell she is very knowledgeable about her work. Newton is good as well. The reason for 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes I find the attitudes of the front staff to wave between genuinely nice and slightly snobbish. Also, it would be nice to get into a robe before a massage like other spas. I understand the policy, but I can't start to unwind in the lounge while wearing my everyday clothes, but maybe its just me.
